Born on September 7, 1784 in San Juan, this hero not only forged metal pieces in the foundries of El Plumerillo, but also our path to independence. With his tireless work in the creation of cannons, grenades and bullets, Luis Beltr\u00e1n left a legacy that endures to this day.<\/p>\n<p>From CODAM, we want to thank you for your trust and commitment to the development of our industry.
