Nickel Crowns

Electrolytic Nickel CROWNS have been specially developed to deliver a superior cut squares cathode for use in titanium baskets alternative. Nickel CROWNS are hemispherical, with a base diameter of about 22mm. The shape of the CROWNS nickel has characteristics of easy handling, with smooth lines, allowing the correct position in the baskets anode and is critical to prevent the formation of voids and damage basket. Electrolytic or high purity nickel continues to be preferred by most platers due to the low level waste. One of the advantages of nickel CROWNS over other forms is the significant savings as a result of good dissolution and handling characteristics. The smooth and rounded shape of the nickel CROWNS allowed to introduce greater versatility of packaging products and competition has been designed to provide greater efficiency to the operator.
